Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete repairs listed on work orders efficiently and accurately
  • Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues
  • Maintain and repair systems such as engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, air conditioning, and more
  • Communicate with the Service Advisor about recommended repairs and time estimates
  • Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two or more years of hands‑on technician experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • ASE certification is preferred but not required
  • Ford certification is a plus
  • Strong skills in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair
  • Good coordination and mechanical ability
  • Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and repair software
  • Friendly, professional attitude with a desire to learn and grow
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
