Green Mountain Communications is seeking a tower technician to join our climbing crew, which is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of wireless communications equipment across New England. This hands‑on role involves working at heights to support the expansion and reliability of critical telecommunications infrastructure.

As a Green Mountain tower technician, you’ll be a part of a highly skilled, safety‑focused team that values communication, collaboration, and precision. Unlike many companies in the industry, we prioritize regional work so our employees aren’t away from home for weeks at a time.

Green Mountain Communications is a 100% employee‑owned company. That means as part of the team, you’ll be rewarded for your labor and contribution to the company’s success with a plan that shares stock ownership with all employees, so you can build long‑term stability.

If you’re a motivated self‑starter who enjoys working in a team environment and wants to grow a career in the telecoms industry, we want to hear from you.

Green Mountain also partners with Apprenticeship
