Responsibilities- Work with customers to electrically/mechanically troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial food equipment, including cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration.
- Leave from home each morning and work with minimal direct supervision at customer sites.
- Meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer‑oriented goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- High School Diploma or GED and 4‑6 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive multiple hours daily.
- Ability to work overtime and on‑call as required.
- Attendance at industry‑leading training at Troy, OH headquarters.
- New Hampshire Gasfitter License.
- Lift up to 75 lbs.
- Climb up to 10 ft with an A‑frame ladder.
- Occasional roof access through extension ladders or fixed ladders > 20 ft.
- Walk 3‑5 miles/day, extensive driving 5‑6 hours/day.
- Perform tasks in tight and confined spaces; operate motor vehicles and heavy equipment.
- Customer facilities including commercial kitchens of various types of businesses.
- Exposure to noise, heat, cold, and wet or dirty conditions.
- Travel requirement up to 50% of time.
- Normal business hours with occasional, frequent, or extended hours as needed.
- Flexibility with schedule to meet critical deadlines; extended hours may include nights and/or weekends.
- Normal scheduled hours cover early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
