Artisan Electrical Contractors is hiring a skilled and self-sufficient Residential Production Electrician to join our Field Operations team. This position plays a critical role in installing residential and light commercial electrical systems of all kinds. We design and install the energy pathway for power, lighting, communication and automation technologies for new builds, home additions, and renovations. • Meet with Project Manager for scope hand‑off and updates
• Lay out and install boxes, review with customer prior to wiring
• Run circuitry and wiring per scope, connect and test systems
• Lead and mentor assigned apprentice(s) on‑site
• Communicate project status and scope changes with Project Manager
• Ensure timely project completion according to schedule
• Use test meters and diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting
• Perform additional related duties as assigned

• 3‑5+ years of residential electrical experience
• NH Journeyman Electrical License required (willingness to obtain Maine/Massachusetts License)
• OSHA
  10 Certification required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage apprentices while maintaining productivity
• Proficient with technology; experience with Service Titan is a plus
• Must be organized, self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and professional
• Comfortable working at heights (ladders, bucket truck, staging)

Full‑Time:
Monday to Friday

Start/End time based on project needs

On‑site field operations throughout the service area

Must have reliable transportation for daily travel
