About Ultra GeothermalSince 1998, Ultra Geothermal remains the leading provider of high-performance heating and cooling solutions, specializing in clean, efficient systems for residential customers across New Hampshire and Maine (and northeastern MA). We specialize in retrofits, system replacements, and new construction projects.
Position OverviewAs a Residential HVAC Solutions Professional, you will work directly with homeowners to identify their heating and cooling needs, recommend energy-efficient solutions, and guide them through the sales and installation process. You’ll focus on air-source and ground-source heat pump options, with the support of our marketing team and a robust network of qualified leads — no cold calling required. You’ll be responsible for documenting requirements, building proposals, and closing sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct in-home assessments with homeowners
Evaluate home heating and cooling, as well as humidity & air quality requirements
Recommend the best-fit HVAC and heat pump solutions
Present proposals, close sales, and follow projects through installation
Maintain documented communication during the sales pipeline using CRM systems
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships
Collaborate with our internal team to ensure seamless project delivery
What You’ll BringProven experience in HVAC sales roles
Knowledge of heat pump technologies (ASHP/GSHP)
Strong consultative selling and customer education skills
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet revenue targets
Experience with CRM
Self-motivated, professional, and reliable
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within NH, ME & occasionally MA
