Sales Specialist - Coldwell Banker Brokerage (Gilford & Center Harbor, NH)
Join to apply for the Sales Specialist role at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. In this dual role you will continue to sell real estate and earn commissions while also getting paid to assist the Branch Manager in the branch location. You will also be eligible for benefits.
The Sales Specialist supports sales management efforts, assisting the Branch Manager with agent recruiting, training, and support activities. This position will support both the Gilford office and the Center Harbor office.
Responsibilities- Assist the Branch Manager in recruitment of new and experienced sales agents on an ongoing basis.
- Help add value to the agent experience and accelerate growth by supporting agent needs on an ad hoc basis.
- Lead educational classes for sales agents on the company’s technology tools and resources, empowering agents to continually learn and improve.
- Assist the Branch Manager with agent coaching and transaction support.
- Three or more years of real estate sales experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively recruit sales agents and communicate the company’s value proposition.
- Ability to present training to sales associates.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency with technology tools and teaching agents on their utilization.
- Must hold a valid Real Estate or Broker’s license.
