Field Sales Representative (FSR) - Nordic

Base pay range: NOK/yr - NOK/yr

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative who will drive growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our cutting‑edge solutions. The FSR will manage the entire sales cycle within their assigned territory, achieve sales targets, and act as a trusted advisor to customers.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan to accelerate solution adoption and meet or exceed business targets
• Drive business development by prospecting, building a robust sales pipeline, and leading customers through the entire sales cycle
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding each customer's business needs and technical challenges, working to remove blockers and ensure their success on the platform
• Build and nurture executive relationships, negotiating business cycles and presenting to C‑level leaders
• Partner closely with various internal teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience
• Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs
• Manage and deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain up‑to‑date account information in our CRM
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate new leads and strengthen customer relationships, with travel required as needed
