We have an immediate opening for a lot attendant to work full time in our operations department. We are looking for a detail orientated, self motivated, hard working person to fill the important position.

- Our lot attendant team members are making between $15-$18+ per hour, average pay is $16.50 an hour.
Compensation is based off an hourly rate plus performance bonus.
Responsibilities- Work with our entire outside operation team to organize our lot for our weekly auction
- Assist customers as needed
- Verify all vehicles are marked and parked correctly
- Direct a crew of drivers on auction day
- Seasonal tasks as needed (Snow removal)
- Use of various equipment
- Other tasks as assigned
- Friendly and customer service focused
- Reliable
- Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- A valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
