• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes product and builds brand relationships.
• Assist management in building store business.
• Support all service enhancers, including active use of Concierge.
• Serve multiple customers, multitask, and handle projects simultaneously.
• Stay current on fashion trends and new arrivals.
• Use product knowledge to create outfits and suggest items meeting customer needs.
• Maximize performance through learning, coaching, and feedback.
• Achieve sales and service metrics, including appointment setting and Talbots Classic Awards.
• Complete operational assignments such as filling orders, replenishment, recovery, etc.
