Job Summary Travel Centers of America offers a convenient, one-stop shopping experience. We carry a wide selection of name-brand products and stock Grab ’N Go foods, groceries, snacks, electronics, maintenance supplies, clothing and gifts. The Customer Service Attendant is a key member of the store team responsible for maintaining our buildings and facilities in a clean, sanitary condition in accordance with TA standards, ensuring a pleasant environment for our customers so that travelers are returned to the road better than they came.

• Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
• Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide guests with a clean, sanitary environment
• Know and follow all safety and security guidelines and procedures; alert to and report potentially unsafe situations; take corrective action when necessary
• Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely
• Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

$16.00 - 19.00 per hour
