Skin Pro Advisor (SPA) – Cosmo Prof Beauty

The Skin Pro Advisor is a dynamic advocate for beauty and business growth across skincare. The SPA champions technical expertise, social media engagement, and selling strategies while driving growth and customer loyalty through the Skincare Solution Center.

• Provide a world‑class customer experience and drive client satisfaction by utilizing our selling behaviors and omni‑channel strategies.
• Determine skincare needs and provide professional recommendations to ensure customers have the knowledge and products needed to meet personal and client goals.
• Introduce every customer to skincare, offer consultations, and utilize selling skills, establishing Cosmo Prof as a growing resource for estheticians.
• Serve as the category expert in Skincare and share information with team, associates, customers, and partners.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, signage, and display techniques to ensure an inviting atmosphere for customers.
• Initiate and manage business relationships to gain customers’ trust, enabling effective selling and customer service.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, shelf stocking, and turn of skincare products.
• Strictly comply with all company safety procedures and state and federal laws.
• Timely completion of assignments and projects as assigned.

• One year retail or sales‑focused experience.
• Licensed cosmetologist or esthetician highly preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to shows and sales meetings (minimum 3 times a year).
• Strong business acumen with ability to interpret and act on sales reporting.
• Working knowledge of retail sales, inventory control systems, and visual merchandising.
• Proficient with POS applications and mobile devices.
• Comprehensive knowledge of computers, iPads, mobile devices, and social media platforms.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional image, positive public interaction, strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must pass Skincare Certification Test within 60 days of hire to remain in position.

• Driving, sitting, standing and walking, bending and twisting neck and waist, climbing and balance, squatting, reaching with hands and arms.
• Lifting up to 25 lbs.
