We are hiring immediately for a full-time BARISTA position at the Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services location in Henniker, NH. Online applications are accepted only.

  Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. More details provided at interview.

• Pay Range: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
• Requirement:
  Barista experience is preferred but not required

• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
• Enters orders into POS; handles cash and card payments
• Replenishes condiments, beverages, and supplies; maintains cleanliness of the service area
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils
• Ensures proper food preparation by using approved recipes and production standards
• Keeps display equipment clean and presentable during service
• Greets customers courteously and addresses concerns with supervisors as needed
• Serves customers efficiently and helps prevent delays in service
• Understands daily menu items and explains them to customers
• Supports selling techniques and helps customers with purchasing decisions
• Merchandises display foods attractively and serves them neatly
• Performs other duties as assigned
