• Lead and support your team during active shifts.
• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, including cookie preparation, baking, quality checks, customer service, and cash handling.
• Assign and rotate team members to specific stations, ensuring efficient and cohesive workflow toward daily goals.

The ideal candidate brings previous leadership experience in a food service or fast‑paced retail environment. Confident, proactive, and passionate about uplifting the team. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll interact with customers, team members, and management.

• At least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• Physically active, can stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Friday and Saturday availability required, at least two weekends per month.
