I’m looking for a licensed agent to join my small, successful brokerage. I’ve been one of Pembroke’s Top 3 agents for years, and my business continues to grow — but I can’t keep up with the demand alone. I need someone who’s ready to step in and work directly with buyers and sellers.

• Handle incoming buyer and seller leads
• Attend listing appointments and buyer counseling sessions (with me and independently)
• Host and attend open houses
• Prepare CMAs, pricing reports, and transaction paperwork
• Help with social media, marketing, and community events to build your own brand while supporting mine

• Leads provided — you won’t be starting from zero
• Direct mentorship from me — I’ll share the strategies and systems that made me successful
• Opportunity to grow your own client base under the umbrella of an established, respected brokerage
• Support from a fantastic, experienced licensed assistant who’s been with me for 13 years
• A collaborative, hands-on environment (not a mega office where you get lost in the shuffle)

• A licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts (or close to getting licensed)
• Motivated, organized, and comfortable working with clients
• Interested in building a long-term career in South Shore residential real estate
• Willing to roll up your sleeves and be involved in both sales and community
