What You’ll Do as a Guide

As a Guide
, you’ll play an essential role in delivering safe, fun, and engaging experiences for our guests. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team responsible for the daily readiness and safety of your assigned course(s), working closely with senior guides and management to ensure excellence in every adventure.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Guiding and assisting guests through zipline and off-road tours (with a Guide III or higher)
  • Learning and using basic ziplining techniques, including: partner zipping, brake block use, and sending participants
  • Supporting cleanliness and upkeep of the property and equipment
  • Participating in training, staff meetings, and ongoing education
  • Reporting safety and performance feedback to management
  • Helping maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Acting as a positive representative of our company core values to guests, peers, and the community

Additional Info
  • Position Type: Seasonal Hourly (with potential to grow into year-round based on initiative and performance)
  • Pay Grade: 16-18 an hour plus tips
  • Continuing education and advancement available (move up to Guide II and beyond!)
