Our Meredith, NH marina is looking for a Full time Boat Detailer to join the team at Goodhue Boat Company.

Our service department focuses on the maintenance, repair, and detailing of a wide range of boat makes and models.

As a Boat Detailer with our team, you will be responsible for providing customers with a impeccable detailed boat, both inside and out.

• Clean boats according to company standards or client specifications, which may include performing detail inspections, thoroughly washing, buffing, and waxing exteriors, vacuuming, steaming, and deodorizing interiors.
• Operating steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
• Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of boats.
• Keeping a clean and organized work area.
• Other duties as needed.

• No previous experience needed. Will train.
• Previous auto detailing experience a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to ascend and descend a ladder.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Good communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
