Seeking Registered Nurses for multiple acute care departments (ED, ICU, CVICU, PACU, Med-Surg, Telemetry, Ortho/Neuro, Labor & Delivery) in Bridgton, ME with immediate start and weekly pay. Requires current RN license, minimum one year acute-care experience, and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and role-specific credentials (e.g., EDAP, NRP, fetal monitoring). Position offers flexible shifts (day/mid/night), weekly pay, and placement support from a healthcare staffing agency.

Pay: $1,585.44 to $2,378.16 gross per week

Shifts:
Day, Mid & Night

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.

  • Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry, promptly identifying and responding to changes in patient condition.

  • Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient status, diagnostic results, and response to treatment.

  • Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.

  • Ensure quality and continuity of care by adhering to facility policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Emergency Services - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING:

1. Current and valid state RN License.

2. Minimum 1 year of RN experience in an acute care hospital ER required.

3. BCLS, ACLS upon hire and maintain current.

4. PALS upon hire and maintain current.

5. EDAP and EDAP II required within 6 months from date of hire.

Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING:

1. Current and valid state RN License.

2. BLS upon hire and maintain current.

3. Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation required.

4. ACLS upon hire and maintain current.

5. Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care required.

Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING:

1. Current and valid state RN License.

2. BLS upon hire and maintain current.

3. ACLS upon hire and maintain current.

4. Previous 1 year of Critical Care experience required

Telemetry - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING:

1. Current and valid state RN License.

2. Basic Arrythmia Interpretation required.

3. BCLS upon hire and maintain current.

4. ACLS upon hire and maintain current.

5. Previous 1 year of Critical Care experience required

Med Surg- EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING:

1. Current and valid state RN License.

2. BCLS upon hire and maintain current.

3. Minimum 1 year of expereince required.

Ortho/Neuro - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING:

1. Current and valid state RN License.

2. BCLS upon hire and maintain current.

3. ACLS upon hire and maintain current.

4. Previous 1 year of Critical Care experience required

PACU - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING:

1. Current and valid state RN License.

2. Minimum 1 year of PACU experience required.

3. BCLS, ACLS upon hire and maintain current.

4. PALS upon hire and maintain current.

L&D - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING:

1. Current and valid state RN License.

2. Minimum 1 year of L & D experience required.

3. BCLS, ACLS upon hire and maintain current.

4. PALS upon hire and maintain current.

5. NRP Certificate required.

6. Basic Fetal Monitoring cert required.
