Granite Recovery Center is seeking skilled and compassionate nurses who are ready to join our dedicated medical team in providing care, support, and hope to individuals battling substance use disorders.

• Provide direct patient care in a residential recovery setting
• Support patients through medical detox and stabilization
• Monitor for signs of withdrawal and provide appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with medical and clinical teams on treatment plans
• Administer medications and ensure accurate documentation
• Offer emotional support and help individuals regain control of their health

• A current RN or LPN license (New Hampshire)
• A compassionate, patient-focused attitude
• Interest or experience in substance abuse recovery preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
