Location: Milton
Overview
Join a dedicated mental health treatment team as a full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Milton, NH, working Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with weekend on-call rotation.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, develop and manage individualized treatment and medication plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support adolescents and young adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders.
- Prescribe medications, respond to crises, educate residents and families, and maintain accurate documentation.
- MSN with PMHNP certification
- Active NH license
- 2+ years of psychiatric experience
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care
- Medical, dental, vision insurance
