• Medication Administration:

• Assessment:

  Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts.

  Collaborating with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements:

To qualify for this LVN/LPN position, you must meet the following requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Graduation from an accredited vocational nursing program

Current LVN/LPN license in the state

CPR certification

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and patient-centered care approach

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Certification Requirements:

Active LVN/LPN license

CPR certification

State License Requirements:

• New Hampshire

Compact Allowed

Additional License Requirements:

• NH license must be active at time of submission!
