We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation facility in Winchester, NH. This role is ideal for an RN who thrives in a supportive environment and takes pride in delivering quality care to residents focused on recovery and long-term well‑being.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote their independence.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards.

• Active RN license in New Hampshire (or compact state).
• Experience in long‑term care and/or rehab settings required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
• Compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
