Location: Walpole
- Prepare depot for egg receipt in accordance with bio-security policies and SOP’s
- Receive eggs into the egg depot and verify invoice counts
- Sort eggs, perform a final egg grade and make invoice changes as necessary
- Manage paperwork associated with export orders, destroy eggs, flock eggs, etc.
- Transfer eggs from incoming trays to outgoing boxes according to POU documentation
- Seal/label boxes and palletize
- Prepare palletized boxes for shipment using shrink wrap machine and pallet jack
- Clean/sanitize egg trays and re-rack for return to farm
- Clean and sanitize all work areas
- Perform other duties as assigned

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Medical card required or willing to acquire medical card needed
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math skills
Physical Requirements
- Work with chemicals, such as detergents and disinfectants
- Standing for extended periods of time (8 hours)
- Grip, grasp or twist using hands and wrists
- Lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 50lbs
- Bend and stoop repetitively throughout out shift
- Prolonged exposure to a cool environment
- Routinely work up to 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays
- Routine handling of day old chicks
- Ongoing presence of hatchery related debris, smells and odors
- Climate exposure both hot and cold
- Working in damp and/or wet environment
- Working in a loud/noisy environment
