Schedule: Monday – Friday 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Facility location: Charlestown, NH

Summary: Performs repairs to various printed circuit boards/in-process product.

• Under minimal supervision, performs substantially varied and unique tasks
• Can solder proficiently, comfortable with using tools, working on PCBs
• Adapts new procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment to meet the more complex requirements of the position
• Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals
• Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues, and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels
• Must be able to distinguish colors
• Knowledge of production procedures
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports
• Simple computer literacy
• Ability to work well under pressure and to meet multiple deadlines while maintaining a cooperative working relationship with employees and supervisor

• Has specialized expertise, typically developed through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
• Completes assignments and facilitates the work activities of others; may coordinate work beyond own area
• Proposes improvements to processes
• Works autonomously within established procedures and practices

• High School w/3+ years’ experience or AA/AS/Technical School w/1-3 years’ experience

• Able to lift up to 35 pounds
• Regularly performs repetitive tasks
• Able to sit for entire shift
• Regularly possesses manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and third parties. This ability to communicate requires the employee to be conversant in English as the majority of our workforce and the third parties that we encounter only speak English.
