Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Robotic Welding Operator to set up, operate, and maintain robotic welding systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with robotic welders, welding processes, and quality control, ensuring that parts meet or exceed production and quality standards.

Responsibilities- Set up and operate robotic welding machines according to production requirements.
- Load and unload parts onto fixtures and position them for automated welding.
- Monitor robotic welding operations and adjust as needed for alignment, speed, or quality.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on robotic welders.
- Inspect welded joints for quality and conformity to specifications using visual inspection or measurement tools.
- Troubleshoot robotic welding equipment and elevate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve welding processes and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
- Adhere to safety procedures and always wear appropriate PPE.
- Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed.
- Maintain neat, clean and orderly warehouse appearance.
- Ability to work extended hours/overtime as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures and guidelines.
- Conform to all quality and safety procedures.
- Required to operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
- Technical training or welding certification preferred.
- 1 year of experience in robotic welding or a related field. Preferred.
- Familiarity with welding processes such as MIG or TIG welding.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb and move about the facility.
- Regularly required to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, reach &carry.
