Overview

. This team is growing and looking for dependable Production Associates who enjoy hands‑on work, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to a fast‑paced production environment.
Location: Bow, NH
Pay: $18-$21/hr DOE
Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday (2 openings)
Responsibilities- Stack, nest, and package materials from production lines
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Verify product dimensions, including width and length
- Load raw materials and move materials throughout the facility
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving product
- Communicate effectively with team members to meet production goals
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to work on concrete floors and in varying temperatures
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Pre‑employment physical required
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Overhead crane experience is also a plus
