Production Associates

Overview

Kick‑start your career with a well‑established manufacturer in Bow, NH
. This team is growing and looking for dependable Production Associates who enjoy hands‑on work, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to a fast‑paced production environment.

Location: Bow, NH

Pay: $18-$21/hr DOE

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday (2 openings)

• Stack, nest, and package materials from production lines
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Verify product dimensions, including width and length
• Load raw materials and move materials throughout the facility
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving product
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet production goals

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Ability to work on concrete floors and in varying temperatures
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Pre‑employment physical required
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Overhead crane experience is also a plus
