We're partnering with a busy, well‑established manufacturer in Bow, NH, that's looking for motivated Production Associates to join their growing team. Location: Bow, NH
Schedule:
- 1st Shift 6:00 AM-2:30 PM | Mon-Fri
- 2nd Shift 2:30 PM-1:00 AM | Mon-Thurs (Friday's Off)
Pay: $18-21/hr DOE
Type: Direct Hire
Note: This is a hands‑on role where attention to detail and reliability help keep production running smoothly.
Responsibilities- Assist in stacking, nesting, and packaging materials from production lines
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Check finished goods for quality, width, and length
- Load raw materials onto production lines and transport materials within the facility
- Lift, carry, and move product as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to meet production goals
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Stand for extended periods with frequent walking and pivoting
- Work on hard concrete surfaces in varying temperatures
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Pre-employment physical required
- Forklift Certification is a plus
- Overhead Crane experience is a plus
