• Recruit Production Technicians to join established teams that manufacture raw materials for our customers across North America.
• Provide sign‑on bonuses ($2,000 for 3rd shift, $1,000 for 2nd shift) and shift differentials ($1.00/hr for 3rd shift, $0.50/hr for 2nd shift) with competitive starting pay and pay increase schedule.
• Schedule:
  
  Full Time, Monday – Friday, 11pm – 7am or 3pm – 11pm. Rotating Saturday shifts as scheduled.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished product.
• Maintain 5‑S in the area.
• Ensure all work instructions are maintained.

• Strong aptitude to learn.
• Careful attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Prior manufacturing experience (preferred).
