Job Title: CMM Operator (Quality Assurance)

Job Location: Hollis, NH – a small suburb in Southern New Hampshire, an hour north of Boston, MA.

What You Will Be Doing

• Uses a CMM (coordinate measuring machine), calipers and micrometers to confirm the dimensional requirements of product based on customer supplied drawing.
• Updates First Article report with the dimensional and other attribute data as required by the customer in accordance with AS9102 Standard.
• Ability to write and update programs on the CMM to perform the dimensional verification for repeat part numbers.
• Ability to read and interpret a wide variety of customer prints and specifications.
• Perform wirebond & pull testing and other customer required testing as part of the verification for product acceptance.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering personnel to drive root cause and corrective action for work orders with high dimensional rejection rates.
• Provide back up support for quality assurance team members with specific responsibility for first article template creation, source inspection and PO reviews.

What You Will Bring Along

• Experience using calibrated measuring instruments ranging from hand tools to optical measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret a wide variety of customer prints and specifications.
• Previous experience understanding and implementing GD&T principles.
• Detail oriented in data collection and reporting of results.
• Associate's degree in a technical discipline, preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within Quality Assurance.
• Experience writing programs in VB/QVE preferred.
• Experience working with DISCUS or NETINPECT or similar preferred.
• Previous work experience within a cleanroom preferred.
