This is a pivotal role requiring strong organizational, technical, and communication skills. Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple electrical projects from planning through final closeout
Coordinate with estimators, field electricians, subcontractors, and suppliers
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Ensure compliance with NEC and local building codes
Lead project kickoff meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Perform job site walkthroughs to monitor progress, quality, and safety
Procure and manage materials and equipment for each job
Resolve field challenges quickly and effectively
Track labor hours, change orders, and material usage for accurate billing
Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
Mentor junior staff and foster team collaboration across departments
Qualifications5+ years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 2 years in project management
Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and safety standards
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in construction software (Service Titan or similar a plus)
Familiarity with project estimating and budget tracking
OSHA
10 (required); OSHA
30 preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
NH Journeyman or Master Electrician License is a plus
