Crotched Mountain School & Village, a program of Seven Hills New Hampshire, is looking for a Residential Supervisor to join our outstanding team of professionals dedicated to enhancing the lives of our students.

About Crotched Mountain School:

Crotched Mountain School (CMS), a program of Seven Hills New Hampshire, hosts innovative special education, recreation, arts, music, and vocational programming for students, aged 5-21, who are on the autism spectrum, and/or have disabilities and other challenges that are better supported in an alternative, least-restrictive environment to their local public school system. Students have the option to live year-round in the appointed residences on the sprawling campus located in Greenfield, New Hampshire.

• The Residential Supervisor will manage student activities, supervise staff, and oversee campus operations in partnership with the Assistant Residential Director.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire Residential Counselors to excel.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Foster staff growth through training, feedback, and development plans.
• Champion safety, behavior management, and therapeutic environments for students.
• Oversee medication administration, inspections, and campus security.
• Drive recreational programs and Community Integration Plans.
• Ensure strong communication with students, families, and staff.
• Uphold professional standards, policy adherence, and documentation accuracy.
• Step in as Campus/Team Lead and address program needs as they arise.

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year in human services, or Associate’s Degree with 2 years in human services, or 4 years of experience in human services.
• Physical requirements may include (but are not limited to) bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, sitting/standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be comfortable utilizing Safety Care for physical behavior management when necessary.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
