Job DescriptionA Director is a dynamic and innovative leader in the telecommunications industry, specializing in end-to-end solutions for cable installation and infrastructure development. Focusing on the planning, budgeting and client communications throughout one or more locations, the Director directs the division's operations function and develops operational programs, policies, and processes.
Responsibilities- Facilitate project scope, goals and deliverables
- Oversee recurring or daily functions or processes necessary for business execution and identify opportunities for improvement or efficiencies
- Develop strategies to assist the business in meeting its critical goals and objectives in the most efficient manner possible
- Approve and allocate resources based on business priorities
- Evaluate and recommend changes to policies or procedures
- Lead and direct the work of other employees and have responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination
- Supervision is provided through a team of subordinate managers
- Contribute to strategic planning, direction, and goal setting for the department or function in collaboration with senior management
Education and Experience
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience, including proven prior management experience.
