KRB Kitchen and Bath Design Center is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and drive the success of our remodeling and renovation projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring jobs move seamlessly from inception to completion, balancing quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The Production Manager will lead the production department, manage crews and subcontractors, maintain schedules, and safeguard profitability while upholding our 30-year tradition of craftsmanship and service excellence.

• Oversee the entire production department, managing jobs from contract review through final completion.
• Review cost breakdowns, contracts, and profitability before jobs begin.
• Create and maintain master project schedules, including Gantt charts and two-week look-ahead schedules.
• Assign and supervise Lead Carpenters and subcontractors, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.
• Conduct weekly production meetings with field staff and approve payroll.
• Coordinate material procurement, subcontractor scheduling, and production folder accuracy.
• Maintain daily communication with Lead Carpenters and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Manage billing processes, progress payments, and approve subcontractor/material invoices.
• Track costs vs. estimates and report monthly production status and profitability to management.
• Recruit, train, and develop field staff and subcontractors.
• Enforce quality control and pre-completion procedures to ensure client satisfaction.
• Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly maintained.

• Minimum 5+ years of construction management experience with strong knowledge of remodeling operations.
• Ability to create, maintain, and adjust project schedules (including Gantt charts).
• Proven leadership in managing crews, subcontractors, and project profitability.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with construction software (Buildertrend experience a plus).
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Full-Time, Monday - Friday. Occasional extended hours may be required, depending on project demands.
