The Granite YMCA Allard Center in Goffstown is hiring for a Part-Time Housekeeper/Custodian!

This position is responsible for ensuring our facilities are clean and safe for our members and program participants. Our ideal candidate is someone who likes to work as part of a team, takes pride in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, and is excited to work for an organization that values every employee as part of our team.

Facilities include locker rooms, restrooms, offices, fitness studios, classrooms, common areas, and other facility spaces.

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash collection and removal, replenishing stock in restrooms
• Monitoring building safety and security by actively observing and addressing any unsafe conditions
• Understanding operations of the branch to proactively support events, programs, and other branch needs
• Duties may include outdoor work including snow removal or lawn maintenance (dependent on candidate’s preferences)

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience working in custodial operations preferred
• Must be able to read and follow safety instructions on cleaning agent chemicals required to complete the job
