Warehouse Manager/Kitchen Manager

PT (Hourly)

The Facilities & Maintenance Support role helps keep our facility clean, safe, and running smoothly. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, variety in daily tasks, and being part of a supportive team. The role focuses on basic cleaning, simple repairs, and assisting with facility upkeep to meet Homefree’s SQF and food safety standards.

• Help keep production and common areas clean and organized
• Sweep, mop, wipe down surfaces, and empty trash as needed
• Assist with basic facility repairs such as tightening handles, changing light bulbs, or replacing tiles
• Support equipment and facility cleaning following SQF and GMP procedures
• Operate the washer, washing machine, and dryer as trained
• Restock supplies and cleaning materials
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to a supervisor promptly
• Assist the Maintenance Technician or Production team with small tasks or projects
• Follow all food safety, quality, and safety policies
• Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks

• Reliable and able to work independently once trained
• Comfortable using basic hand tools (hammer, screwdriver, etc.)
• Able to follow directions and communicate clearly
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on feet for most of the shift
• Willingness to learn SQF and GMP cleaning procedures

Monday–Friday, typically 2:00 PM–8:00 PM (flexible depending on workload) Occasional extended hours for special projects
