Machine Maintenance Technician (Part-Time) - 1st/2nd Shift at TURBOCAM International.

Off-shift employees are eligible for a shift differential (15% for 2nd shift).

The description below is for a Machine Maintenance Tech I. Additional part-time opportunities are available for Machine Maintenance Tech II and Tech III.

• PM, calibrating, diagnosing, and repairing TURBOCAM’s CNC lathe and milling machines, including Mikron, Haas, and Hermle.
• Learning and performing routine maintenance for TURBOCAM machinery; assist in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems to the failing component.
• Learning to understand complex controls.
• Being a rotating member of the On-Call Team to support TURBOCAM operations after hours – with on-call pay.

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with ability to obtain/demonstrate electrical and mechanical knowledge and proven troubleshooting capabilities.
• Currently pursuing or holding a technical degree in electronics, machining, or a related subject; related field experience is helpful and can substitute for a degree.
• Ability to climb in/out of small spaces, crawl around machinery, and perform movements required to access equipment; able to stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders for extended periods.
• Ability to pass a medical evaluation for respirator use and comply with related requirements.
• Valid driver’s license; forklift certifiable and ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
