Full-Time Maintenance Technician – Steele Hill Resort

• Keep equipment and systems running smoothly with preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records; follow established policies and procedures, complete necessary repairs and part replacements, and promptly report any required changes.
• Ensure the resort looks its best by maintaining grounds, removing snow/debris, painting, and caring for landscapes.
• Assist with special projects like moving furniture, setting up furnishings, preparing rooms for occupancy, completing repairs, and installing replacement parts.
• Maintain plumbing, lighting, and interior spaces with timely fixes and improvements.
• Pitch in wherever needed to keep operations flowing and guests happy.

• Availability to work Sunday to Thursday.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• 2+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, or related fields.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and operate equipment safely.
• Strong initiative, reliability, and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Team player who listens well and responds quickly.
• Experience maintaining swimming pools a plus!
