Full-Time Maintenance Technician – Steele Hill Resort
Do you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and keeping everything running smoothly? Path Resorts is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our Steele Hill Resort team. In this role, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures our buildings, systems, and amenities stay in top shape for both guests and staff.

- Keep equipment and systems running smoothly with preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records; follow established policies and procedures, complete necessary repairs and part replacements, and promptly report any required changes.
- Ensure the resort looks its best by maintaining grounds, removing snow/debris, painting, and caring for landscapes.
- Assist with special projects like moving furniture, setting up furnishings, preparing rooms for occupancy, completing repairs, and installing replacement parts.
- Maintain plumbing, lighting, and interior spaces with timely fixes and improvements.
- Pitch in wherever needed to keep operations flowing and guests happy.
- Availability to work Sunday to Thursday.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, or related fields.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and operate equipment safely.
- Strong initiative, reliability, and ability to follow through on tasks.
- Team player who listens well and responds quickly.
- Experience maintaining swimming pools a plus!
