Personal Lines Insurance Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, and related policies
• Manage both new business inquiries and existing client accounts
  , from quoting through binding and ongoing service
• Review client needs proactively, recommend appropriate coverage options, and explain policies in clear, approachable language
• Identify coverage gaps, life changes, and opportunities to enhance protection over time
• Collaborate with carriers, underwriters, and internal team members to secure competitive pricing and strong coverage
• Support clients through policy changes, renewals, and general service requests with care and urgency
• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems and follow internal processes for service and compliance
• Stay current on personal lines products, carrier offerings, and regulatory requirements
• Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships

• Property & Casualty insurance license (required or in progress)
• Experience in personal lines insurance, customer service, or a related client-facing role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, AI-supported tools, and Google Workspace
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
