Quality Assurance Analyst

The Quality Assurance Analyst will play a key role in helping support the digital transformation initiative across Medicus that will enable growth, efficiency and manage risk. The position will play an important hands-on role to help identify and ensure application changes meet business needs. The individual will be responsible for further developing and overseeing the testing program, developing test cases and scripts and defect management .

This role will be an important part of a broader team and maintain a front-line position for partnering with key business stakeholders to support, optimize and enhance our core business and reporting systems.

In this role, you will:

• Partner with colleagues across IT, Operations, Sales, Recruiting, Marketing, Finance and other functions to leverage technology and business processes to drive improvements in operational efficiency, profitability and customer experience;
• Manage the creation, execution and maintenance of testing strategy, testing plans, scripts and programs related to application and software quality assurance testing program;
• Develop testing processes execute manual and automated tests;
• Work as the liaison between business functions, technology and operations to execute testing of new application features, upgrades and enhancements to ensure business outcomes are met;
• Provide quality assurance testing related to system changes (ATS, Portal, Financial, etc.) and upgrades and support rollouts to stakeholders;
• Collaborate with members of the IT & Operations team to ensure application changes meet business needs;
• Build strong working relationships and in-depth knowledge of our internal departments and their processes - identify areas of opportunity; and
• Create and maintain testing documentation and scripts;

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application, process and operational solutions;
• Results oriented, with high energy focus on achieving both short and long term goals;
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce testing including Functional Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing;
• Experience testing AI features, including Salesforce Agentforce-driven functionality
• Strong relationship partnering skills and the ability to work with varying levels of individual contributors and management;
• Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment;
• Experience with different project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall);
• Prior experience with project coordination, process improvement initiatives and systems such as Sales Force / BI Tools; QA test tools, project management tools; and Microsoft Office skills;
