Sr. Oracle Finacials​/EBS Business Analyst

Location: Newington

Our client, an undersea data transport company with multiple locations in the US, needs a hybrid Sr. Oracle Business Analyst for a full-time position working out of their Newington, NH Office. The Sr. Oracle Business Analyst will act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and IT within a modern Oracle enterprise environment, supporting a multi-year Oracle modernization program that includes Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Global Trade Management, and related Oracle cloud services.

In this role, you will help drive functional design, process optimization, and solution delivery across Oracle Financials by translating business requirements into scalable, compliant, and value-focused Oracle solutions.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Business Analyst or Oracle Functional Consultant
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM; Projects preferred)
• Hands-on experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) in larger environments
• Ability to work 3 days a week onsite in Newington, NH.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including leading workshops and design discussions
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and delivery accountability

Preferred or Nice to Have

Skills:

• Some exposure to OCI, OAC, GTM, EPM, or other Oracle Cloud services strongly preferred
• Oracle Fusion Experience
