We’re recruiting for a Vendor Lead to join our IT Operations team in Dublin.

Senior IT Vendor Manager, the role willbe responsible leading
AXA Ireland’s relationship with our key vendors through effective supplier and internal relationship management. Initial responsibility will be the management of the Print & Document Management contract extending to supporting other initiatives across the vendor management team and wider IT team.

You'll work majority of your week away from home. Away from home means either attendance at one of our head office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
Responsibilities- Responsible for the delivery of services against contractual terms and ensuring that all risks are appropriately managed.
- Ensure regular performance review meetings with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to measure supplier performance against SLAs, and other key agreed objectives.
- Ensure that contractually committed supplier benefits and risk mitigations are delivered through strong alignment between vendor management and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage and document all regulatory and compliance requirements ensuring that appropriate processes and controls are in place to ensure adherence to same.
- Act as the key escalation point within AXA for your vendor panel.
- Lead/manage resources to efficiently achieve financial targets, implementing and executing initiatives with the relevant stakeholder to transition to digital.
- Lead the simplification and digitisation of customer services, delivering good customer outcomes and interactions, leveraging data to understand customer behaviour, friction points and frustrations, shaping solutions that deliver better experiences and priorities.
- To abide by the common and additional conduct standards under CBI regulations.
- 5 years’ experience in vendor management (essential)
- Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computing, or similar engineering / accounting / science discipline (essential)
- Previous experience of managing outsourced or strategic supplier relationships (essential)
- Experience of Print & Document Management services (essential)
- MCC qualification (desirable)
