Data Entry, Data Analyst

The RDI Coordinator supports the Badger mission through essential administrative and operational support, managing documentation and gathering data to ensure ingredient accuracy, responsible sourcing, and innovation readiness throughout the product development process. Working under the direct guidance of the Innovation Regulatory Manager, this role helps maintain records, collect supplier information, and assist with basic compliance and innovation activities as assigned.
Responsibilities Ingredient compliance data support- Collect regulatory, sustainability, and technical information from suppliers, as requested.
- Classify and maintain organized ingredient documentation, including technical data sheets, COAs, safety information, certifications, processing charts, and others.
- Update internal documentation databases and assist with tracking ingredient and product compliance status.
- Support in keeping audit ready documentation.
- Gather, organize, and keep updated allergen, regulatory, sustainability, and technical information for new and existing products
- Assist with tracking assigned tasks within the Innovation pipeline and updating project records.
- Assist in maintaining formulation records, including basic margin estimate calculations.
- Help prepare draft technical rationales, investigation notes, and bridging documents for manager approval.
- Assist in preparing claims for substantiation of materials or products, test plans, and samples for internal and external labs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Quality, Sustainability, Marketing) to collect or share ingredient-related data as assigned.
Starting pay is $22 an hour; pay is commensurate with experience
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in science or administration related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in cosmetics, personal care, natural products, quality, regulatory, research and development, preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with technical documents and databases.
- Foundational understanding of cosmetic ingredients, regulations, and/or sustainability concepts is a plus.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Physical requirements for the job include but are not limited to prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift to 15 pounds loyees should be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
