Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Human Resources Manager to lead our HR efforts from either our Deerfield Beach, FL North Hampton, NH office. This role will manage HR functions including benefits, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee relations. The right candidate will be comfortable supporting a multi‑state workforce and helping drive a strong company culture that reflects our values.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and employee performance processes
- Administer benefits and wellness programs
- Coordinate payroll processing for salaried and commission‑based employees
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws in multiple states
- Maintain company policies and employee records
- Handle employee relations and promote a positive workplace culture
Collaborate with the Accounting department, which will calculate commissions and provide details to HR for payroll processing.
Use Bamboo
HR for employee data, onboarding, time tracking, record keeping and reporting.
- Experience as an HR Manager or in a senior‑level HR role
- Knowledge of multi‑state employment laws and HR compliance
- Proficient in benefits and payroll administration
- Experience with Bamboo
HR or similar HR software preferred - Familiarity with commission‑based payroll processes is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience
- SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, or other HR certification
- Experience supporting remote or multi‑location teams
