Job DescriptionTo sanitize all kitchen areas and equipment, ensuring the proper cleanliness of all food preparation and service areas.

Responsibilities- Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, stoves, grills, prep tables, etc.
- Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen areas, floors and walls.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
- Heavy-duty cleaning of ovens, hoods, grills, sinks, walls, floors and other heavy equipment.
- Vacuum carpeted areas throughout the food and beverage outlets.
- Wash tile floors in all food and beverage areas.
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
- Must be able to communicate respectfully and work in a team atmosphere.
- Must be able to read, write and comprehend English.
- Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
