Bar & Drawing Room Supervisor mainly works in the Bar and Lounge, in addition to providing beverage service to the restaurant and bar guests; they will lead the bar staff working on their shift. This role supports the F&B Operations on a daily basis to ensure the Bar & Drawing Room performs to expected 5 star standard.

• Lead and develop a team within a hospitality environment; assist in managing a team as needed.
• Understand current and future bar trends and adapt offerings accordingly.
• Provide confident, enthusiastic communication with colleagues and guests.
• Maintain a constant eye for detail, organisational skills and a flexible attitude.
• Ensure hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Maintain a high standard of service and keep Bar & Drawing Room areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the wider F&B team to deliver 5 star service.

The Bar & Lounge Supervisor primarily works in the Bar and Lounge and provides beverage service to restaurant and bar guests while leading the bar staff on their shift.

• Support the F&B Operations daily to ensure Bar & Drawing Room meets 5 star standards.
• Identify opportunities to go above and beyond for guests; lead by example.
• Develop the bar offering for the benefit of guests and team members.
• Maintain awareness of business levels to ensure 5 star service at all times.
• Keep the team informed of any updates affecting the F&B department.

• Experience in leading a team or assisting in managing a team within a hospitality environment.
• Understanding of current and future bar trends.
• Confidence, enthusiasm and passion for working and communicating with colleagues.
• A keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills and a flexible attitude.
