Job DescriptionThe Guest Experience & Events Supervisor assists in organizing, planning, and overseeing resort‑wide events and activities. Responsibilities include managing family and seasonal programs, theme weekends, culinary events, holiday activities, ski area winter programs, and other resort‑sponsored promotions. The role collaborates closely with Sales & Marketing and all hotel departments to promote and implement events, requiring strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a flexible schedule.

- Preparation of banquet event orders, spec sheets, agendas, check requests, lodging requests, and related paperwork.
- Maintenance of activity files for each lecture, artist, or entertainer.
- Evaluation and summary of each activity with timely follow‑up to appropriate executives.
- Attendance at all activity and event meetings.
- Ensuring the Concierge Desk is fully stocked and updated with resort collateral.
- Maintenance of a regional information library (directions, dining options, etc.).
- Contribution to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Interior of the hotel, normal office conditions.
- Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.
- Work in crowded environments, with long periods of walking and standing.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pull/push up to 70 lbs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Event promotion/implementation experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Ability to adapt to unexpected situations.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Calm and friendly demeanor in stressful situations.
