We are looking for a friendly and reliable Guest Service Agent to join our team and provide outstanding service to our Vacation Owners and guests.

As a Guest Service Agent
, you will:

• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and create a welcoming environment for guests
• Check-in/check-out services
• Always maintain a professional and welcoming tone of voice
• Support guest needs and work through guest issues professionally and promptly to meet Gold Crown Resort standards of service excellence.
• Keep the property safe and secure for guests and employees
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Comply with privacy standards
• Respond to emergencies promptly
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
