This position assists cooks in preparing meals that are in accordance with the dietary approved menu that are both nutritious and correct to diet (regular, mechanical soft, puree, etc).

• EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent
• EXPERIENCE: One year in institutional food service or long-term care industry preferred. Any combination of education and experience which demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• CERTIFICATION: Serv Safe certified required.

• A drug screen & criminal background check will be required of all conditional hires.
