For a limited time, Maine Health is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Please note this bonus is not available for per-diem positions. Current Maine Health employees are ineligible; former Maine Health employees are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

Patient Service Representative

Maine Health Primary Care Family and Internal Medicine and Pediatrics North Conway

Facility

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday 8AM-12PM

Shifts:

8 hour per diem shifts on an as needed basis

Location:

Fully onsite at 3073 White Mountain Highway North Conway, NH

Summary

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Education:

    High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • License/

    Certifications:

    N/A
  • Experience:

    Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
  • Additional Skills/Requirements

    Required:

  • Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred:
    Proficient computer skills.
