Clinical Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical services consistent with licensure level, training, and approved treatment modalities.
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence‑based interventions.
Maintain professional boundaries and ethical decision‑making at all times.
Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to support comprehensive client care.
Documentation & ComplianceMaintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with Compass of Hope policies and regulatory requirements.
Complete all required notes, treatment plans, and administrative documentation within established timelines.
Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards governing clinical practice.
Supervision & Professional DevelopmentParticipate in assigned clinical supervision and consultation as required.
Actively engage in feedback, professional growth, and skill development.
Escalate clinical concerns appropriately through established supervisory channels.
Professional ConductMaintain professional communication and collaboration with clients, colleagues, and leadership.
Adhere to all Compass of Hope policies, procedures, and expectations.
Contribute to a respectful, ethical, and supportive workplace culture.
Productivity & Scheduling ExpectationsMaintain forty (40) hours of weekly availability on the schedule during approved business hours.
Maintain a minimum of thirty (30) open client appointment slots per week to support scheduling access.
Administrative staff are authorized to schedule clients into all available openings in accordance with practice needs and clinical appropriateness.
Proactively schedule and maintain approximately thirty (30) client appointments per week to account for cancellations and no‑shows.
Meet a minimum average of twenty‑five (25) completed client sessions per week, unless otherwise approved in writing by leadership.
Block designated time for documentation, supervision, and required administrative tasks as needed to meet legal and ethical requirements.
Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain appropriate caseload levels and scheduling efficiency.
Compass of Hope caps booking expectations at a maximum of thirty (30) sessions per week to reduce burnout and support improved client outcomes (however, clinicians can book more if they choose to do so).
