The Clinician provides addiction treatment services in a residential setting, supporting clients through assessment, treatment planning, and individual and group therapy. This role works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to help individuals achieve lasting recovery and build healthier futures.

• Conduct screenings, intakes, assessments, and treatment planning
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with medical, clinical, and justice-system professionals
• Participate in care team meetings and treatment reviews
• Maintain ethical standards, HIPAA compliance, and licensure requirements

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field
• NH licensure preferred (or willingness to work toward licensure)
• 2–4 years of experience in mental health and substance use treatment
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and organizational skills
