AboutThe Role
The Clinician provides addiction treatment services in a residential setting, supporting clients through assessment, treatment planning, and individual and group therapy. This role works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to help individuals achieve lasting recovery and build healthier futures.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct screenings, intakes, assessments, and treatment planning
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with medical, clinical, and justice-system professionals
- Participate in care team meetings and treatment reviews
- Maintain ethical standards, HIPAA compliance, and licensure requirements
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field
- NH licensure preferred (or willingness to work toward licensure)
- 2–4 years of experience in mental health and substance use treatment
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and organizational skills
